Why is the World’s richest nation allowing itself to be pushed by the world’s richest man to spend so much of its reserves and taxpayer money in a manned mission to Mars, when a fraction of the money spent on landing a man on Mars could maintain and regenerate life in our oceans and coastal waters, work that could eventually save the oceans and us from extinction?
